A quick summary of what happened during the production of Spider-Man: No Way Home is that Spider-Man fans wanted to see Tobey Maguire back in his red and blue costume. Therefore Marvel, owned by Disney, not only invited Tobey Maguire but also Andrew Garfield, and some previous casts who had been in the Spider-Man universe.
